When Cole is called to New York by Johnny for a mission, he doesn't know what to expect. Johnny gives him the mission of training a newly made heme, Gordon, on the road. Cole is well known in the heme community for being an observant and controlled master of life on the road. Though, with training a new heme, his experience and caution may not be enough to get the mission accomplished since accidents can still happen, no matter how experienced he is.

Yay. :) Finally another vampire book. :P

This vampire book is totally different for all the other vampire books I have read, which is good. :) In Night Road, the author makes them hemovores, instead of vampires, which is very different from what I'm used to and is a very original theme and plot for a vampire book. Also, the author gives them a more human-like aura, instead of making them unholy monsters that most authors make them out to be. However, she doesn't stray too far off of the original vampire legends -- still can't go out into sunlight and drinks blood -- thought it adds a few more things that I don't want to list to make the book seem different from all the other vampire books and has some action. :)

Very good book to read, very original with the vampire theme. :P

Zara White and her friends kind of solved the pixie problem by locking them away in the woods. However, as the king's needs grow stronger and his control weakens, it draws a new king to Zara's town. This new king, Astley, claims that he and his people are different -- that pixies and humans can live peacefully together without the violence and the needs taking them over. Zara believes this until he claims that she is fated to be his queen. Zara will never become a pixie, but when something threatens the most important thing in her life, she may be forced to make a decision she would have never made before...

Okay. Another supernatural book. :P Hopefully, I will make this review a short one because it takes longer to write a longer review of it. :( Oh, there may be some spoilers. :)

Like in the first book of this series, I liked some areas of the book, but in the others... bleh. :( Though, there are more interesting parts than "bleh" parts this time. Some things that are interesting about the book, in my opinion, were how the beginning of each chapter opened up with some kind of information about pixies, and also there is a little bit more "supernaturals" added to pixies and weres like Valhalla, Odin, and other Norse myths. With the Norse myths added into the plot line, it became a lot more interesting than the first book. :)

Like the first book, the things that I didn't like about the book were the lack of or very few descriptions of characters and events, though there was more descriptions in this book than in the first book. I can't wait for the sequel since this series has become more interesting now. :)

After trying to rescue Tianna, Vanessa and Serena are left in Nefandus as prisoners, where the Atrox plans to make them into Followers. Vanessa is able to escape from Nefandus, but Serena wasn't able to escape and is left in Nefandus. Back in L.A., Jimena tells Vanessa of an ancient prophecy that could be disastrous for Vanessa's seventeenth birthday, and now she must decide between saving herself, or saving Serena. Which one will she choose?

This is the very last book for this series. It's another supernatural book that draws on legends of goddesses and other things like that.

I love this series. It has pretty good details, character growth, and explores some new and supernatural.

This last book includes pretty much every Daughter of the Moon, except Tianna, but it is mostly told through Vanessa's point of view. It kind of felt rushed and without the details that was in the author's earlier books for this series. There are enough details to feel at least kind of satisfied, but the ending of the book is kind of disappointing. This series is still good to read, despite the bad ending, but it is not as bad as most ending books to a series. Though, I still wish there were a better ending -- like what happens to the Atrox afterwords.

Tianna has been feeling very anxious, and she has no idea as to why since she has a great boyfriend, good friends, and finally, a wonderful foster home. Even with all these good things happening to her, she still can't shake the thought that something, someone is coming after her. After two old enemies, Justin and Mason, warn her of her becoming, she definitely knows that something is wrong -- even though she doesn't know what "becoming" means. Every Daughter has a dark side, but is Tianna's dark side about to take over?

The 12th book out of 13 for this series. It's another supernatural book that draws on legends of goddesses and other things like that.

I love this series. It has pretty good details, character growth, and explores some new and supernatural.

The very last book featuring a separate person and giving more details on that person, the Daughters, and the Atrox. I really don't like this book about Tianna since the ending is kind of so-so and ended too quickly. :( There is hardly any guy or relationship appearances in this book, but it gives more mythology information and ties it into how Tianna came to be and things like that. :)

Since the series is about to end, it has a little bit less information about the Daughters of the Moon and the Atrox, but it still gives important events that will lead up to the last book of the series.

Any more information would spoil the books. :P

Catty is close to having the Scroll, but time is running out when it is going to be displayed at the local art museum. Before Catty can steal it, she is given the Scroll, but this gift has strings attached. In return for the Scroll, she must go Nefandus, where the Atrox lives, and meet her father, who is a member of the Atrox's inner circle. He gives her a tempting proposal. Will she give in to the dark side of her heritage?

The 12th book out of 13 for this series. It's another supernatural book that draws on legends of goddesses and other things like that.

I love this series. It has pretty good details, character growth, and explores some new and supernatural.

Okay, another book on Catty. You finally get to meet Catty's father and find out more about the Atrox and the Scroll. This book also shows Chris's last appearance, so you find out who Catty ends up with. :( Like I said before, I like these books mostly because the author makes the males yummy. :) Oh, and I also like the books because of the mythology that's in them. ;)

Since the series is about to end, it has a little bit less information about the Daughters of the Moon and the Atrox, but it still gives important events that will lead up to the last book of the series.

Any more information would spoil the books. :P

Maggie's time on earth is coming to an end, but before she names her successor, Maggie remembers the journey she made to get to where she is at now. Though, will she be able to name her successor before she dies?

The 11th book out of 13 for this series. It's another supernatural book that draws on legends of goddesses and other things like that.

I love this series. It has pretty good details, character growth, and explores some new and supernatural.

The very first book on Maggie and her past. It is actually pretty good and it gives a lot more information on the Atrox and the Daughters of the Moon than all the other books do. :) After the Stanton book, this book is my second favorite, mostly because it gives much more information on Hector and Chris. Though, *Spoiler after this* I'm wondering who is Maggie's child that it mentions towards the ending of the book.

Since the series is about to end, it has a little bit less information about the Daughters of the Moon and the Atrox, but it still gives important events that will lead up to the last book of the series.

Any more information would spoil the books. :P

In order to change a terrifying future, Catty drops Jimena right into a gang-infested neighborhood and her past life. As Jimena runs from enemy gang members, she is caught by the police and placed in a juvenile detention center. It is there that she encounters three shape-changing sirens that want her dead, and now, her only choice is to break out of jail and go into hiding, where no one would expect her to be -- her old nemesis, Payasa. Will they be able to save the other Daughters of the Moon before Jimena's terrifying premonition comes true?

The ninth book out of 13 for this series. It's another supernatural book that draws on legends of goddesses and other things like that.

I love this series. It has pretty good details, character growth, and explores some new and supernatural.

Another book on Jimena. This book gives more of a role to Jimena, so that she doesn't completely disappear later on in the series. The ending is also surprising. :( Oh, well, have to read the book in order to know what happened that was surprising. :)

Oh, also, Chris shows up briefly in this book, but not that much more information on him is given. :(

As the books/series goes on, you get more information about the Daughters of the Moon and the Atrox, which is good because it won't overload you with information with just one book.

Any more information would spoil the books. :P

Miranda was always a "dull" teenage girl to others, but to her guardian angel, Zachary, she was the best. Though, through a chance of unluckiness, she has become the life of the party -- all she had to do was be changed into an Eternal. She is changed from a normal high school student to an Eternal princess and adopted by the King of the Mantle of Dracul himself. As for the guardian angel that got her into her royal roll, he is now a fallen angel -- living as a human on Earth. That is, until Heaven gives him a mission of assassinating something, which will make Miranda and Zachary cross paths again. Will Zachry be able to save Miranda's soul and earn his wings back before losing Miranda again?

I read this a long time ago, like in July of last year, but I finally re-read it today. That way, I can give you a little bit better review, hopefully. ^^;

It is a very good book. Like her other book, Tantalize, it gives a little bit more life and originality to vampires and weres than most vampire books do. Also, this book is a spin-off of Tantalize, and develops the world of vampires more that she created in it.

Eternal creates a world where anyone can be saved, even if you are a vampire, who are usually represented as unholy, soulless, and unable to saved in most supernatural books that includes vampires in it. The only other book that I can think of that has vampires seen in this point of view is Night Road by A.M. Jenkins. Also, it has a relationship that most other authors wouldn't even try to do -- or should I say can rarely accomplish, a guardian angel, a being of light and holiness, and a vampire, a being of dark.

With this, the book Tantalize and Eternal make a very good world of vampires, so they are both very good reads. I'll try to get Tantalize a book review up as soon as I can re-read it. :)
